In order to continue to offer our customers the best possible service, we are looking for support for our administration in the Hamburg location, in the form of an:

ACCOUNTANT (M/F/D)

in full or part-time.

Your tasks:

    Handling of office organization such as incoming / outgoing mail
    Scheduling, filing and travel planning
    Accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and general ledger accounting
    Reconciliation of accounts, payment transactions and reminders
    Preparation of the advance return for sales tax
    Coordination with the tax advisor's office
    Collaboration in the preparation of the monthly financial statements and the annual financial statements
    Assistance / support of the management in all daily matters
    Independent preparation of statistics and evaluations

Requirements profile:

    Completed commercial training
    At least 1 year of professional experience
    Good user skills in Datev as well as Office 365
    Experience in the areas of FiBu and accounting
    Independent, accurate and reliable way of working
    Committed, collegial attitude
    Ability to work in a team and service orientation
    flexible, resilient organizational talent
    fluent in English & German
